Class Descriptions:

Krav Maga Basic – Our level 1 classes are designed so new students can jump in and start their training at any time. We focus on building a good fighting platform and increasing fitness levels. During these classes you will work on easy to learn combatives, such as punching and kicking; we also work on defending against the most common attacks you may face on the street, such as chokes, punches and basic defense from the ground.


Krav Maga Intermediate – Building on the foundation of the basic classes, our intermediate classes work additional combatives and defenses, as well as combining basic techniques to improve your repertoire of self defense techniques. You will deal with more defenses from the ground, advanced chokes, kick defenses and bear hug defenses.


Krav Maga Advanced – Coming November 2008!


KM Combatives – This class is designed to fine tune specific combatives, in a high intensity workout. We work on series of related combatives with the ever popular Krav Maga drills to take your fighting and fitness to a new high!


Friday Night Fights – Our Friday night fight club gives students the opportunity to apply their skills in a safe environment. Students with a good base in their Krav Maga training will have the opportunity to spar as well as work on their grappling game. Limited to those students that have passed their Level 1 belt test. All students must have a full sparring package to include 16 oz boxing gloves, head gear, shin guards, mouth guard and bag gloves.


Women’s Only Krav Maga – This basic KM class is available only to our female students.
