Self Defense
Krav Maga (literally "contact combat") is the official system of the Israeli Military.
Krav Maga self defense techniques build on instinctive reactions to threats. Krav Maga is not a traditional martial art. It was developed in a
hostile environment in which combatants could not devote many hours to hand to hand combat training. This system
is specifically designed to be used by anyone, regardless of size, ability or gender. Krav Maga self defense techniques and
training methods will ensure you become proficient quickly, while improving your overall fitness level. This is
real self defense for the modern world.
Peak Krav Maga is licensed through Krav Maga Worldwide and the Krav Maga Association of America.
Fitness
Krav Maga is unique in that the classes are fast paced and help you improve your fitness level quickly. Our students have noted significant strides reaching their fitness, weight loss and overall health goals. Some people come to get fit, and get the added benefit of being able to protect themselves; others come to learn self defense and leave incredibly fit.

Free Class
Potential students can participate in a Level 1 class for free. Come in 5-10 minutes prior to class, wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle, and we will get you started. Classes are held at 5740 Carefree Circle North, near the intersection of Powers Boulevard and North Carefree. To schedule your free class or if you have questions, feel free to contact us.
ATTENTION LAW ENFORCEMENT
Our staff members are the only instructors in southern Colorado certified to teach law enforcement through Krav Maga Worldwide Force Training Division. Our instructors understand use of force issues and the threats law enforcement officers face. Be aware, other "Israeli Combat Systems" do not offer the same level of expertise in LEO specific training.
